Your free designs are available to you immediately. Just add them to your shopping cart and follow the check out procedure.  The last page will take you to the download links.

::Purchased Goods::
Your purchased products are available to you immediately after you have completed your purchase. You will have up to 5 attempts to download per file. Each link remains active for 7 days.

To access your downloads, you will be provided a link(s) as soon as your checkout is complete.

If you wish to download your files at a later time, you can enter your information at Log-In and go to My Account. There, you will see your order history and this is where you can access your files.

::Payment Method::
NeedleCreation accepts major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card and American Express through PayPal™. You don't have to have a PayPal™ Membership to make payments. The process is easy, secure and fast.

::Returns Policy::
Due to their nature, downloadable products are not refundable nor exchangeable since once you have downloaded them, there is no way we can retrieve them back from your computer. If there is a defect or error on our part, we will work with you to resolve the situation. Should you encounter any problem with your downloads, please CONTACT US as soon as possible. We value our customers and readers satisfaction!
