Nursery Rhyme I

This design set was inspired because I needed a gift for a baby shower. I also have been learning to digitize applique embroidery designs. So I decided to make a nursery rhyme quilt with applique embroidery. This is the result, I hope you like it. I used royalty free clip art from Dover Publications to help with the design of my blocks. Each design fits the 5X7 hoop and the quilt block dimensions are 6X6. The 4 patch blocks are machine quilted with a quilt motif that I digitized and machine embroidered on. This quilt motif can be found here for free.
I had a lot of fun making this quilt and I hope you will try your hand at applique, instructions are included with purchase of the design set.
